Typically Available Items

Living room furniture: Couches, love seats, lamps, end tables, recliners, bookshelves, etc.

Kitchen items:  Microwave ovens, small appliances, dishes, silverware, kitchen gadgets, tables and chairs, etc.

Bedroom furniture: Dressers, nightstands, etc. We supply new beds.

Miscellaneous items: Clocks,  wall decorations, ironing board and iron, vacuums, waste, baskets, laundry baskets, broom and dust pan, etc.

Service Area

We usually serve veterans in need in Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota within about a two hour drive from our warehouse in Altoona, WI.  We are a local provider and NO services are provided outside of this area; we reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

We require the veteran to show proof of military service. We need you to be on time if you are shopping at the warehouse and/or request us to deliver your furniture. We are an all-volunteer organization.  YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE HELP TO UNLOAD YOUR FURNISHINGS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, OUR VOLUNTEERS ARE DRIVERS AND WAREHOUSE WORKERS ONLY.

Click here to access the FURNITURE REQUEST FORM  After you submit your form you will receive an email with further instructions and the delivery agreement form. Once you submit both forms you need to be accessible by email and phone so we can schedule your delivery.  We strive to complete and deliver your request quickly so you need to respond within two (2) weeks. As of 11/6/2024 we are backed up at least 3 and maybe 4 weeks for delivery. Failure to respond to our calls and emails will result in you going to the back of the line and delaying your delivery; we may even cancel your request if we can’t reach you.

Children’s Beds

It is uncertain if we can provide your children with beds if you ask; we advise you to seek out alternative sources. Our primary mission is to provide items, including a bed if needed, to veterans in need.  Listed are some organizations that have provided children’s beds in the past:
